Toné! and Lucy Pearl, before his solo bow in 2002 with Instant Vantage, a confident collection that landed a record-setting five Grammy nods. After a six year hiatus, The Way I See It emerged in 2008 to a chorus of praise in the pages of Rolling Stone and landing at the number one slot on the iTunes Best Of list.
