The use of woven uppers has been a bit of an understated signature design for Nike and come to signify a shoe’s lifestyle positioning for the sports brand. For those unable to procure their pair of Inneva Wovens, these Free Run+ 2s should provide a suitable replacement. A full tonal upper combining woven materials and solid overlays make for a complete and simple to wear package available in three muted colorways.

M.O.E is not your average underground artist, taking a shot in the dark to escape from what we consider an average life and make a mark in the music industry. No, he is more like an exclusive talent who finds him-self in a predicament where it is fairly difficult to gain recognition.
Lyrically incredible hip-hop. (New Artist M.O.E displays amazing talent creating a song about being great while on earth and yet rapping in alphabetical order. Crazy)
The debut release from DJ DSK & Gobshite “The Dark passenger” is creating a buzz already on the world wide underground hiphop scene and the DJs that have received the promotional copy. What makes the release even more interesting is that DJ DSK lives and produces music in Kunming, China. Gobshite wrote and recorded all the vocals in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The duo met at an event in Cambodia on the Soul Clap Asia tour in 2011. Originally from the U.K. they have been performing and influential in developing the local hip‐hop scenes in their new found homes in Asia.
My name is Saraff and I am a Hip-hop artist. I am African but currently residing in Brooklyn New York. I have been raping for a while but I just started doing it professionally. I want to take this opportunity to introduce my first music video “Next Flight” which also carries the name of my album.
Telephoned apparently got wind of the film that inspired my early 20s and made a free EP dedicated to it. Download “Singles” – their R&B interpretations of songs from Smashing Pumpkins, Alice in Chains, Screaming Trees and Jimi Hendrix over Ryan Hemsworth beats.
Goldroom arrives with his much anticipated single, “Sweetness Alive”, featuring the luscious vocals of SLL (formerly Saint Lou Lou). A euphoric moment of synth filled escapism, “Sweetness Alive” finds bouncing tropical rhythms that paint dance under a soaring chorus filled with lush harmonies. With a slew of remixes already finished including those from Zimmer, Bufi, Good Night Keaton, and Future Unlimited, and an official music video in the works, look for “Sweetness Alive” to both close, and open the year as one of the most memorable releases.
It’s been quite the year to remember for Los Angeles based artist, Goldroom, after the unheralded success with his debut single “Fifteen” found him seeing well received features on Pitchfork, Spinner, MTV, while sitting on top of virtually every chart in existence.

This week singer songwriter Jarell Perry releases his new single, “Happy 4 U (feat. Thurz)” from his forthcoming LP, Simple Things. Of the track he says, “I feel like we’re really bringing something fresh with the production on this one and the verse from Thurz took it next-level – musically it just sums up that passive/aggressive vibe when you’re phasing someone out of your life and the grittiness that goes along with it.” Jarell, previously known for co-writing Fat Joe and Chris Brown’s “Another Round,” which peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart this year, has been hard at work on his solo effort slated for release in early 2013. To promote ‘Happy 4 U’ and his upcoming EP, he’ll be performing a set alongside Ty$, Stacy Barthe, and BJ The Chicago Kid in Los Angeles on December 14th at the Key Club.

This is the first single off of KemiKAL’s debut self-produced project entitled “Elevator Music: Going Up”. It’s starts off saying “Part one of a legend in the making..”, and that’s exactly what this project means to him. This song, as well as the project, does not only speak on his journey from the bottom but also his desire to surpass the rest and maintain that high position once reached. The desire to be remembered for who he was and what he’s achieved. It also touches on some of the things encountered on the way up. With that being said, I will let the music say the rest.

Little Brother Syndrome, Varyus Waise’s debut project name is inspired by two distinct themes close to his heart. The album is about his ambition to grow as an artist, seeing himself as a “newbie.” He wanted to make sure he gave the listener a real album, unlike many fly by night artist who litter the internet with countless half bake ideas and disposable songs. Little Brother Syndrome was worked on for over two years, displaying a rare craftsmanship within its beats and rhymes. Also the title speaks on the people he hopes to affect with his music his music, those young lives he captures in his songs. “You can’t earn trust, without honesty. So I felt like sharing my story … People can understand better what I’m trying to do.”
With the year coming to an end, Maryland emcee Sean Born is giving a new offering from his Behind the Scale LP in the form of a bonus track “Flood and Drain.” For the track, Born stays in-house with Low Budget producer Kev Brown and creates a song speaking to the definition of ebb and flow – bringing the flood to a sometimes dry hip-hop landscape.
