A bazaar of modern masculinity, The Gentlemen’s Expo caters to the male shopper by offering a variety of products and lessons in manliness.
Exhibitors and vendors at this three-day event include alcohol brands (Canadian Club, Jim Bean and Famous Grouse), as well as catering company and food truck leaders Food Dudes and Gourmet Gringos.
The theme of this year’s expo is “be more interesting,” with the weekend offering participants experiences such as how to properly grill a steak, what the difference is between scotch and bourbon, how to change your oil, start a business, or dress for success. Special celebrity guests at this expo include stars from a variety of manly backgrounds, including UFC champion Jon Jones, broadcaster and journalist Alan Cross and bourbon specialist Matt Jones. Mental health is our key component as we discuss, seek to understand and teach how forgiveness affects the mind. Our goal is to see more unity among our generation and create conversation.
Growing organically from Toronto’s hiphop community, the Project has hosted over 15 events and has had over 2,000 attendees combined.

The fast-food chain has created pizza-scented perfume so customers can exude the alluring scent of greasy cheese-covered dough even if they aren’t lucky enough to work in Pizza Hut’s kitchens.
Originally, this started out as a gag. However, it wasn’t Pizza Hut Canada that came up with the gag. It was an advertisement firm named Grip Limited, that works with the Canadian branch, that came up with the idea and floated it on the Facebook page. Due to the buzz generated, they went ahead and created bottles of the Pizza Hut perfume which smells like pizza. However, you can’t simply buy the perfume. You win a bottle of perfume as a prize. To win, you simply share your “desire” for the perfume. However, there are only 110 bottles available. It’s unknown if or when Pizza Hut Canada will create more bottles of this pizza scented perfume in the future. For the time being, only 110 “lucky winners” will receive a bottle.

1 cup egg noodles
1 quail egg (yolk)
½ cup Atlantic crab
3 mini-bella mushrooms
2 candid shallots (minced and sautéed with sugar)
1 tbsp aged smoked parmesan cheese
2 green chives
Reduce ½ cup cream with a ¼ cup fish stock until thick, (you may also add 2 tbsp. white wine). Finish with butter.
Boil noodles, drain, then add yolk to the noodles. Sauté shallots, mushrooms and crab together, Place on noodles. Then add sauce on top. Garnish with parmesan cheese, chives and parsley.
Campari has broken with tradition today as it announces that Campari Calendar 2011, The Red Affair, is to feature a male star for the first time in its 12 year history.
