Delicious Vinyl DJ delivers the party to wherever you are – no peripherals or add-ons necessary!
Custom Scratches on Delicious Vinyl DJ were created by renowned turntablist and legendary Los Angeles DJ M. Walk. At 16 he became a Mixmaster on KDAY, L.A.’s first strictly hip hop radio station. He laid down scratches on Tone Loc’s single “Wild Thing” and became a go-to musician at the original Delicious Vinyl recording studio. M. Walk then traveled the world as tour DJ for Tone Loc, MC Hammer, and The Pharcyde. Combining the golden era hip hop experience with cutting edge turntable techniques, M. Walk has now created a new palette of scratches especially for Delicious Vinyl DJ.

New iPhone App Discoverability Tool Revolutionizing How to Find and Share iPhone Apps
With tens of thousands of available apps, many iPhone users have a difficult time finding new ones. Now there is a solution. Yappler.com Sync is an innovative discoverability tool that lets iPhone users share a list of apps they use with friends. Each list that’s created and shared is like a personal recommendation of those apps. It’s also fun to show off the apps you’re using and to see what the Top iPhone Apps are.
Yappler.com Sync creates a list of apps and automatically keeps it updated when new ones are downloaded or deleted. Users can then share the list on social networks like Twitter, Facebook and MySpace. There’s also an option to embed the list on your webpage, a great tool for bloggers.
This is the new way to discover and share iPhone applications.
With so many available apps—more than 80,000 in the Apple App Store– it is getting more difficult for users to find an app they like or to keep up with new ones. The app discoverability tool Yappler.com Sync makes the iPhone user’s experience easier, more efficient and shareable.
New version 2.0 has been updated with an even better interface, improved speed and more control over the sync process.
“”I AM T-PAIN” NOW AVAILABLE FOR APPLE IPHONE AND IPOD TOUCH
Multi-platinum artist/producer T-Pain has announced the release of “I Am T-Pain,” a groundbreaking musical app that delivers the same robotic Auto-Tune effect he uses on his signature vocals to the masses. The app, which T-Pain developed with Smule, incorporates Antares Technologies Auto-Tune effect. “I Am T-Pain” debuted in the iTunes App Store last week and rocketed to No. 1 in the United States, making it the most successful music artist app ever released for the iPhone or iPod touch.
“I Am T-Pain” is an interactive karaoke musical experience that allows users to sing and record like T-Pain. Users can either sing T-Pain’s lyrics over instrumental tracks, improvise their own freestyle verses, or sing along with T-Pain and other artist vocals all in T-Pain’s signature Auto-Tune style. Users can also then publish their recordings by emailing them to friends or by making their performances available to a global audience via Facebook and Myspace.
With “I Am T-Pain,” the hip-hop superstar’s vocal style is merely a couple of taps away. All users have to do is sing into the microphone and Auto-Tune’s voice corrective features will make them sound like a star.
“Now you can actually be T-Pain,” laughs the famed artist/producer, “which already is the most awesome thing in the world. You can become a singer just like everybody else and basically be the life of the party.”
“The thrill is instantaneous,” says Smule CTO and co-founder Dr. Ge Wang. “We’re excited to see how many users are already embracing the app, and posting their own creations all over the Internet! Imagine waking up one morning, opening your mouth, and being able to sing like your favourite artist. This is what you get with ‘I Am T-Pain.’ It’s an experience you won’t want to miss!”

I could really use a USB Turntable like this…
Vinyl is back in style, along with those trusty turntables from the early days. But times have changed and now you can enjoy that warm, rich sound of a vinyl record on your iPod.
The recently introduced Stanton T.55 USB is a reliable and user-friendly belt-drive turntable that features a straight tone arm, which give the unit superior tracking. Features include a USB and RCA output so you can easily use the deck to transfer the music on your vinyl records onto your PC or MAC to create music files for use with CDs or MP3 players. Also included is the software needed to transfer and edit the music files, so you can remove any pops and clicks that are common when playing vinyl. The T.55 USB comes with the professional Stanton 500.v3 cartridge for ideal sound quality and perfect compatibility. Not just a tool for vinyl transfer, this deck is also a perfect fit for the novice or intermediate level DJ. The Stanton T.55 retails for $199.
Vinyl sales have grown 15% year-over-year in 2007 and 89% in 2008. Recently, major record labels have re-mastered and re-released marquee titles with their original artwork and packaging.*
