The directors of “LXXXVIII Films” bring Blake’s personal lyrics to life by capturing his raw emotions and enticing the audience’s musical senses. Take Notice. Up and coming Toronto hip hop emcees J Shiltz and MC FÜBB (The Cypher, Hip Hop Headz/H3) and NYC veteranWordsworth (eMC) have come together over a banging instrumental by Juno-nominated producer Fresh Kils and collaborator Bix. With cuts courtesy of Halifax DJ Uncle Fester (The Extremities), listeners can expect a metaphorical massacre of brilliant lyrics, an awe-inspiring display of flows, and distinct deliveries from these three masterful microphone controllers.
It’s become an almost cliché complaint of hip hop music lovers that the rap scene is saturated with a plethora of artists, making it hard to find real talent amidst the mire of unexceptional music that is released. With Take Notice, J Shiltz, MC FÜBB, and Wordsworth are making it clear that they have the skills necessary to stand out and excel in the rap industry (and demanding that those who aren’t up to par quit rapping). Hip hop heads everywhere need to Take Notice – this year they will get the music they deserve.

Last year was a big year for me. I got my first placement on a major album with the Game on R.E.D with Boi1da, and I dropped a mixtape entitled ‘Hollalaluuie which created a lot of buzz with over 10,000 downloads.
Late in 2011, I recorded this song in a time where I was at a stand still. I’ve taken some time to develop my craft and I release this song as a statement. I want you to know that I’m using this year to show you what’s next to come.
As I work on my next project, I’ve decided to show how serious I am by releasing a song, video, or remix every week before I drop my next release, ThisTimeTomorrow.

We’re all guilty and have been in the wrong at sometime in our life but more than that, wrong has somehow plagued us all directly or indirectly.Whether work, family, spouse, friend or stranger, remember,……shit happens.
So how do you plan to deal with it when it does?
let me know.

Off the upcoming mixtape TYPD (Things Young Ppl Do)
Born to West African parentage and hailing from the impoverished west end streets of Toronto, rapper, producer, and songwriter Big Page first took interest in hip hop culture at the age of 13. While trying to find the balance between street pharmacist and aspiring rapper, Page found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time – he was incarcerated for 9 months. It was during this time that he realized the real hustle was in music.
Fast forward to 2006 and you will probably remember the four famed words from his track “Ballin’ Is My Hobby”. With the help of his partner Darren Pereira at Smoke & Mirrors Records, Page started to cultivate a huge street following after the release of the street single/club smash “Ballin’ Is My Hobby”. Having performed around the world, from Amsterdam to Dubai, alongside artists like Akon, Ludacris, Jay Sean, Trina and T-Pain, Page has established himself as a reputable international act. With bases out of New York, LA, Atlanta, and Miami, Page has been busy in the studio with the likes of Max B, Brisco, Poe Boy, and his “Gangsta Girl” featured artist Bobby V to deliver real and honest new-school hip hop.
Since breaking out Drake on his single “I’m Still Fly” in 2009, Page has been busy penning and slaying new tracks – new chapters – in the studio for his upcoming sophomore mixtape TYPD (Things Young Ppl Do). His music is about chasing a dream. It’s about being locked up in the prison of our computer screen. It’s about rolling with gangster girls and rocking out at parties with bottles of whatever. It’s about being accessible to the end user, without the tiers of bullshit. It’s about a free young mind.
“My music is tangible to the kid in the hood who wants to get the hell out. I used my experiences, whether good or bad, to paint a canvas through my music to empower and educate the youth of today.”
BIGG PAGE feat. Bobby Valentino -Gangsta Girl by BIGPAGETV
