In support of national breast cancer awareness month, an exclusive breast cancer awareness apparel package is now available at the EA SPORTS Complex within Sony’s PlayStation Home. This limited offer apparel package consists of male and female football jerseys which will be sold for $2.00 each. The jerseys will be available for purchase from October 15th through November 11th. The primary color of the jersey will be black with a pink number 9 on the front and the name “Brees” on the back panel. All proceeds from the purchase of these specially designed jerseys will go to New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees’ charity, Brees Dream Foundation in support of breast cancer awareness.
Dutch National Team is back in FIFA Soccer 10
Electronic Arts in cooperation with the Royal Netherlands Football Association, announced that the DUTCH NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM is now included in FIFA Soccer 10. The Royal Netherlands Football Association and EA SPORTS reached an agreement regarding all players of the Dutch selection in FIFA Soccer 10. Players like Wesley Sneijder, Robin van Persie, Arjen Robben, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Mark van Bommel can be selected in their real DUTCH NATIONAL TEAM kits!
Previously it was only possible to play a fictitious DUTCH NATIONAL TEAM without real player likenesses and the official kits – but this is now history.
FIFA Soccer 10 will be available October 2 in Europe and October 20 in North America.

DWIGHT HOWARD NAMED COVER ATHLETE OF EA SPORTS NBA LIVE 10
EA announced today that Orlando Magic center, Dwight Howard, will be the cover athlete for NBA LIVE 10. A three-time NBA All-Star, Howard is currently looking to lead the Magic franchise to their first NBA Championship. The No. 1 pick of the 2004 NBA Draft was the 2009 NBA Defensive Player of the Year presented by Kia Motors, an All-NBA First Team selection the last two seasons, and stole the show at the 2008 NBA Sprite Slam Dunk Contest with his superhero antics. Additionally, Howard was the starting center of the 2008 U.S. Basketball Men’s Senior National Team which won the gold medal at the Olympics in Beijing. NBA LIVE 10 is currently in development under the EA SPORTS™ brand by EA Canada in Vancouver, B.C. and will be available worldwide this October.
